El Panóptico Algorítmico: Ruptura del Contrato Psicológico, Desigualdad Socioeconómica y Gobernanza Organizacional en la Era de la IA Generativa (2024-2026)

Introducción: El estudio investigó el impacto de la gestión algorítmica en el trabajo del conocimiento y la
gobernanza organizacional entre 2024 y 2026.
Métodos: Se empleó un diseño de métodos mixtos, analizando datos de panel de 14.500 empleados y realizando
observaciones etnográficas en 45 empresas locales.
Resultados: El análisis reveló una "Paradoja de la Autonomía", donde la flexibilidad espacial se compensó con
una microgestión conductual invisible. Además, la falta de explicabilidad algorítmica provocó un aumento del
34% en el agotamiento laboral por la ruptura del contrato psicológico. Finalmente, el estudio identificó una
nueva estratificación socioeconómica entre los "Arquitectos de IA" y los "Sujetos de IA". Conclusiones: La
investigación concluyó que la integración de la IA generativa fracturó la cohesión social interna y exacerbó la
desigualdad de ingresos. Por lo que se propone un marco de "Debido Proceso Algorítmico Laboral" para
orientar futuras políticas públicas y la gobernanza de recursos humanos.
